Elisa Romondia is a Data Scientist and Blockchain Developer. Defined a Blockchain Pioneer by the Silicon Valley company Udacity and chosen as one of their best mentors. He has an MSc in Psychology and numerous NanoDegrees in Data Science. It combines the latest technologies with psychology in order to develop solutions aimed at improving society and the quality of life. Following this vision, together with Lorenzo Zaccagnini, he developed "Give me your hand", an app aimed at people with disabilities and their caregivers. This project won the TIM #WCap Prize at Digithon'16, the first official Italian hackathon. In 2017 she co-founded "Devoleum", a blockchain-based project for which she was recognized as one of the 10 best female entrepreneurs in Europe and invited to compete in the StartHer Awards'17 at Station F in Paris. In 2018, she was included in the Forbes USA list "60 Women-Led Startups That Are Shaking Up Tech Across The Globe" and among the Italian "InspiringFifty". It is active in spreading a positive culture for the application of new technologies in psychological-social projects and for the presence of women in STEM, thanks to media interventions, participation in tech events and activities as a mentor for the most important realities of e-learning to the world.
